We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Design Approval: For complex custom orders, we may provide a digital proof. Once approved by you, any subsequent changes may incur an additional fee.
  • Color and Material Disclaimer: Due to variations in computer monitor displays, photographic lighting sources, and the nature of natural materials (wood grain, stone texture), the colors, texture, and finish of the final product may differ slightly from the image displayed online.

3. User Submissions and Intellectual Property (IP)

  • Customer IP Rights: By submitting photos, logos, graphics, or text for customization, you warrant that you are the owner or have the necessary rights and permissions to use that material. You agree to indemnify Madsencraft against any claims arising from the use of custom materials you provided.
  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or violates any third party's intellectual property rights.
  • Shop IP Rights: All content included on the site, such as designs, graphics, logos, product listings, and software, is the property of Madsencraft and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the service without express written permission.
