🚚 Shipping Policy & Production Times
Because every item we create is custom-made and personalized just for you, we separate the process into two phases: **Production Time** and **Shipping Time**. This policy ensures transparency regarding when you can expect your unique item to arrive.
⏱️ Production Time (How Long We Need to Make It)
Production Time is the duration required for us to design, laser-cut, engrave, assemble, and package your custom order. This time varies based on our current order volume and the complexity of your item.
- Standard Production Time: Our typical lead time is 6-7 business days** (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the date the order is placed.
- Bulk/Complex Orders: Large custom orders (e.g., 25+ keychains, custom corporate awards) may require an extended Production Time, which will be communicated via email after order placement.
- Production Begins: Production time officially begins once we have received **all** necessary customization details (names, logos, etc.) and any necessary design proofs have been approved.
IMPORTANT: Production Time is NOT included in the Shipping Time estimate provided by the carrier.
🚢 Shipping Time (How Long Transit Takes)
Shipping Time is the period a package is in transit after it leaves our facility. This depends on the shipping method you select at checkout.
- We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx.
- **Standard Shipping:** 6-7 business days after production is complete.
- **Expedited Shipping:** 3-5 business days after production is complete.
⚠️ Delays and Carrier Issues
- **Estimated Delivery Date:** The estimated delivery date is the sum of our Production Time plus the Shipping Time selected.
- **Loss or Damage:** Once packages leave our facility, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier. If your item arrives damaged due to transit, please refer to our **Damages and Issues** section in our Return Policy for immediate assistance.
- **Incorrect Address:** Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
