📦 Our 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for standard, non-custom items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Standard Returns
To be eligible for a return on **non-custom items** only, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at mrmonkeey11@yahoo.com.
🛑 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items (Crucial for Custom Work)
We specialize in custom, made-to-order products (e.g., personalized name signs, engraved logos, birth stat plaques, etc.). Due to the permanent nature of personalization, these items cannot be restocked or resold.
- Custom Products: Custom orders, special orders, and personalized items are **final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges**.
- Digital Errors: We are not responsible for spelling, date, or design errors provided by the customer during the ordering process. Please double-check all inputs before finalizing your order.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

✅ Damages and Issues (The Exception for Custom Items)
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item (e.g., the wrong product entirely, or our shop made an error in personalization), please contact us **immediately** at mrmonkeey11@yahoo.com. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to replace the item or make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible standard item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. This right **does not apply** to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (i.e., custom-made items).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund for an eligible item was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mrmonkeey11@yahoo.com.
